Now he’s hawking a book full of public domain material. If you really want a bible you can get a free one in pretty much every hotel.
Funny thing is, I have a couple of old family bibles and a new testament. Yup, still don’t believe in god. Of course, that might be because I read them a long time ago. Whoever wrote those in the first place really needed to work on their timeline.
With Truth Social going public, Perp$464M has a paper profit of several billion from his ownership of stock. But he can’t access nor sell it for 6 months. As the product offers nothing but hot air, I’m sure it’s value will decrease to what it is actually worth, a fraction of what it is trading for today.
But Truth Social footed up $10B in 8 hours. Not bad for an offering that loses money every year, has only about $5M in cash, and hawks an intangible and utterly useless product.
(Be careful if you try to access this venture. The ticker symbol, DJT, is also the same symbol for Dow Jones Transportation Average. Naturally, Trump’s minions are so stupid — an attribute they have in common with Trump’s constituency — that they can’t even pick a unique ticker symbol.)
On an unrelated topic, Ralph Teeter (there are several spellings of the surname) built his highly successful and profitable business, Perfect Circle, with almost NO money — let alone large cache of cash. However, Teeter sold valuable products with real, tangible value to people that NEEDED those products.
But Truth Social footed up 8 or 10 billions in MAGA political / Trump legal bill contributions in 8 hours. Not bad for an offering that loses money every year, has only about $5M in cash, and hawks an intangible and utterly useless product.

Since man walked upright, wealthy people have manipulated the not-so-wealthy to keep the wealthy wealthy. The average foot soldier fought, bled and died for some wealthy people to keep their wealth. How many confederate soldiers owned slaves? Yet, they were rallied to defend, with their lives, “our way of life” that was the slave manned plantation. Those slaves, though not free, were fed every day or the plantation couldn’t be worked. How many of those foot soldiers were poor dirt farmers who had to scrape for food? They were lied to. And so it is today when a self-described “billionaire” begs for money selling made in China hats at huge profit margins, fake gold sneakers, fake college degrees, a myriad of junk products, and now a Bible. Never spending any of his own money. What sort of thinking calls for the average American to support a billionaire?
Donald Trump’s extraordinary legal plight inspired Fox News contributor Marc Thiessen to compare him to the notorious cult leader Charles Manson on Monday as the pundit reacted to a series of major developments in two cases concerning the Republican presidential candidate.
Mr Thiessen argued during yesterday’s instalment of The Story with Martha MacCallum that the US justice system is treating Mr Trump worse than it had Manson, who was convicted of first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder over a series of sensational killings his followers carried out in the late 1960s.
“None of this would be happening if Donald Trump wasn’t running for president,” he claimed.
“They’ve issued 91 indictments against Donald Trump. Charles Manson faced 10… They’ve got multiple cases trying to bankrupt him.”
