They are heart and brain from the Awkward Yeti, another comic. When I unexpectedly had my gall bladder removed last year I bought a small gall bladder from the comic and attached it to my purse. I tell people it’s my gall bladder now to replace the old one. It even has a few stones with it. I thought the attaching elastic would last a few weeks, but it’s been hanging there since August. I have a therapy dog, and we go to a local hospital to work. I am around medical people there regularly, of course, and they get a kick out of my spare gall bladder. My avatar is my little beagle in the middle of a golden retriever who was curled up for a nap in the hospital during 2022 when we were restricted as volunteers to the main floor of the hospital. My beagle was constantly up and in the middle of the aisle trying to drum up people to pet her. Once we were allowed back on the floor, we visited staff for about two months. Some of the staff would just sit on the floor with glazed eyes and hug our dogs. It was sad. We were happy to be back to cheer them up. We still enjoy it.

I’ve heard of organ harvesting before, but I had no clue that this is how it’s done.

The Awkward Yeti (Heart & Brain). What a wonderful comic. Made me laugh. Got it right away. Brilliant!
