I dunno, does a 13 YO Bassett Hound need to be carried to the MAGA Dog Park to wander around and slobber while sniffing the buttes of his little doggy pals? Let’s ask one of his pet Labradoodles at the FOX Dog Park, Jesse Watters:

“The poor guy needs exercise. He’s usually golfing. And so, you’re going to put a man who’s almost 80, sitting in a room like this on his butte for all that time? It’s not healthy!”

“Trump[y-dawg] has been on the move his whole life. Golf, rallies, movement, action, sunlight, fresh air, [sex with hookers and porn stars], freedom. This isn’t ‘lawfare’. This is torture. They’re making an old man sit in a warm room for eight hours straight, four days a week.” (what, you mean like it’s a job for a guy who wants to be President?)

“He has to sit there all week for six weeks. If he says anything, they’ll throw him in jail. If he leaves, they throw him in jail. That’s crazy,” he grumbled on The Five. “They had more allowances for Khalid Sheikh Mohammed. I think they bought a million-dollar soccer field for the people in Gitmo. I don’t know if [Mohammed] was able to visit his son for his high school graduation, but it’s similar!"

Cue the MAGA dogs: Aroooo, bark, bark, whine

Well, it was an educational experience for a group of NYC middle-schoolers who got to sit in the courtroom and watch the goings-on, including the defendant nodding off.

What, the lawyers didn’t juice ’im with enough of his “ADHD meds”(Dextroamphetamine) for the guy with the attention span of a goldfish?

Way back when, our high school civics class toured some of the county facilities (the crime lab was interesting), and sat in briefly at a Superior Court trial. We all observed the older man in the jury box dozing off and were amused. Luckily, I have never been selected for a regular jury, else I probably would have done the same as that guy.

I did serve as foreman of a Grand Jury, and that was a lot more interesting. We never really had time to be bored.

Such a rich source of absurdity. Any normal felon would recognize that the punishment begins before the jury decides. But he abnormal.

I’d venture a guess that he’s taking something to keep him less prone to outbursts. Elephant tranquilizers were probably a suggestion from his legal team.

The court room sketch artist was on CNN saying that Trump had his eyes closed, but whenever he heard something noteworthy, he would open them and write a note to his lawyer.

But, yeah, let’s go with the “he was asleep narrative.”

Prosecutors Say Trump is a Co-Conspirator in Michigan False Electors Plot

Experts alarmed by Thomas’ part in Trump immunity case despite ‘insurrectionist’ wife

As oral arguments began in Donald Trump’s presidential immunity case Thursday the presumptive 2024 GOP presidential nominee is claiming that because he was still president in late 2020 and early 2021, he can’t be prosecuted in special counsel Jack Smith’s election interference indictment.

Y’know, honestly, I want to be adult about this miserable Trump situation. But how do you describe a knife-in-the-back friend offering dam*ing testimony against this most unredeemedly salacious defendants with a filthy mind who has the perfect name? Karma? Unbelievable coincidence waiting a LOOOOONG time to come to fruition?

This is Trump’s natural state, something like “sleep walking”, wedged-between mental states of sheer lunacy. He wants complete immunity from commiting any crime. Why? He claims “Presidents”, even former “Presidents” MUST have it to “perform” their day to day duties. If he gets it, and it look like SCOTIS is going to give it to him, ihe will be “above the law”, which, even the Republicans sometimes admit is bad, unless, of course, it’s a Rebulican who claims it, then,it’s suddenly “good”.
