Putin may just as well declare himself to be Czar (Tsar) Of All The Russias and be done with it. It’s what he really wants and to tell the truth the Russian people are just as well off with a Czar as anything they have tried since.
I sorta think that neither Putin nor Trump can imagine a future that doesn’t include them. It’s gonna be a real shock to them when that time is imminent.
